Shrinking Violet is a short comic exploring the frightening nature of performing in front of a crowd. The story follows Violet a young Hip-Hop Dancer as she prepares for her first dance recital. Join her on her adventure as she battles with Stage Fright, Imposter Syndrome and the Butterflies in her stomach.
This project was created for university, our brief was to craft an original 16 page comic based on a memorable childhood experience. I chose my first dance recital.
