Synopsis:
"Hours before her first performance, Mabel is whisked away to a world within the theatre. There, she will need to over come her imposter syndrome, stage fright and the butterflies in her stomach in order to make it bake for curtain call.”

Through the experiences of protagonist Mabel, the story explores the main ways anxiety manifests itself. By following the methods Mabel uses to overcome each obstacle, children will learn simple and effective tools to manage these anxious feelings.
